We will do (3) Free Edits without any purchase but after that 3rd edit, we will require a 30% deposit toward your purchase. Which will go towards the purchase of your item. It is still Free Design and unlimited edits but after the 3rd edit, a deposit on the item is required:

For ex: Purchasing a 3x6 banner for $38.77, after the 4th edit: you will need to pay a deposit of $11.63. After final proof, you will be billed the remainder: $38.77-$11.63 (deposit) = $27.14. Same price and still Free Designs.

Reprint/Return Policy

If there is any issue with your order, you must report the problem within 5 business days after the delivery date and submit pictures.  Please call us and a representative will assist you on the process to follow.

We will not reprint or refund if:

• Errors are contained in the uploaded customer file, such as misspelling, graphics, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, die lines, transparency, overprint, and finished product size since we do not make any change to your file. If you request an alteration, we try to work with you as much as possible.

• Product is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of the customer providing inaccurate information.

• Duplicated orders as a result of customer error.

• If it has been past the 5 business days after delivery date.

• Products with images that are fuzzy, pixelated or otherwise distorted as a result of the customer providing artwork that didn’t meet the requirements or they email approved.

• Orders that are canceled after the order has entered into production (or any process thereafter).

• We do not exactly match color or ink density with design as digital color may vary from printed sign. We do not color match or match customer specified ink density. Color matching may vary slightly once printed. The actual printed color may vary from design color proof.

• Orders that contain dated materials that arrive after the relevant date or with insufficient time to use the material as intended. It is a customer’s responsibility to allow sufficient time when placing an order for time sensitive materials.

• Product that is delayed in production and/or shipping as a result of shipping company delays, acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, international customs issues and any other circumstances that are beyond our direct control.

• We DO NOT guarantee delivery times only estimated delivery time. We do not refund if an item arrives later than expected.

• There could be some delays in shipment due to high volume in sales and frame manufacturer back orders.  

• We will review and respond to your return request within the next business day. If we determine that a product has a manufacturing error, we will quickly reprint and ship your product or provide a store credit equal to the purchase price of the damaged items. (This is to the discretion of Banners4Less. Please keep all damaged items and packaging materials for at least two weeks in case the item must be shipped back to our location for inspection.

• If you order an item such as a coroplast sign and we make a mistake of that item, (ex: order 2 sided but only 1 side printed or H Stakes were not shipped;  we will refund the price difference or give a store credit. This is at the discretion of the customer.

• Temporary Signs do not carry any warranty. Vinyl banners, coroplast, foam core, styrene are considered temporary signs and hold no warranty.

• Once item has been shipped and UPS/Fedex/USPS has confirmed delivery, we consider your order complete.  If the package says delivered but your package is not there.  You will need to contact UPS/Fedex/USPS directly and file a claim as Banners4Less is not responsible for package once tracking number has been issued.

• If we do make a mistake on our part, we will send a reprint asap once customer sends photos of product being destroyed.

• PROOF OF DESIGN: Customers are sent proof of design(s). We will print the item just like in the proof(s) that were sent.  Please look over the proofs carefully.  Once a proof has been approved - the item will print just like in the proof. It is the customer's responsibility to look over all designs/proofs.

• TENT ORDERS - All our tent canopies are for our commercial frames only. It is not advisable to order our commercial canopies to install on a recreational frame. If you order the canopy for your recreational frame, Banners 4 Less dba MBM & Associates is not liable for it's use or fit.  You are taking the risk of fitting and we are not guaranteeing the proper fit.  

• ORDER CANCELS:   ALL ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED AFTER 3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM YOUR ORDER DATE. 

• OFFICIAL ORDER DATE:  The official order date is when a customer pays and all designs have been approved.  (Ex: Customer pays on June 1st but does not approve design until June 5th:  June 5th would be your official order date.)

 

Terms of order:

 Once paid, YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE CANCELLED after 3 business days from placing your order. We will get you scheduled to print as your order for banners as they have an eta of up to 7-8 biz days. Orders may take longer depending on the shipping company, this is only an estimated time of arrival. All paper printing products and Yard Signs will take up to 10 business days. Custom Gold Series Tent orders normal eta arrival time is 12  business days (this may change during high sale times). Silver Series Tents orders normal ETA arrival time is 15 business days.  Gold Series Food Tents arrive with eta of 12 to 15 business day. You can track your order on website once shipped by entering your order # and email address associated with your account.  All our shipping is done by a 3rd party shipping company with aftership/shipbob handling all aspects of the shipping. Aftership has setup  everything on our website for your convenience.  All estimated delivery times are based on normal business days.

Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Products – All Sales Are Final

Because Banners 4 Less produces custom‑printed products made to each customer’s specifications, all sales are final once production begins.

This includes (but is not limited to):

• Banners

• Signs

• Tents

• Decals

• Apparel

• Any item requiring artwork, customization, or personalization

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

2. Artwork Approval Policy

Before printing, customers receive a digital proof for approval. By approving the artwork, the customer confirms:

• All spelling, colors, images, and layout are correct

• They accept responsibility for any errors present in the approved design

• They authorize Banners 4 Less to begin production

We are not responsible for errors, typos, or omissions that were present in the approved artwork.

3. Cancellation Policy

Once the order has beenplaced, the order cannot be canceled for any reason, including:

• Customer changes their mind

• Customer ordered the wrong size or product

• Customer decides they no longer need the item

• Customer attempts to cancel during shipment

4. Shipment Cancellations

If a customer attempts to cancel after the order has shipped, the cancellation is not valid.

Custom items cannot be returned or refunded once shipped.

5. Returns

Because all products are custom‑made, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective due to a manufacturing error by Banners 4 Less.

To qualify for a remake:

• The defect must be reported within 72 hours of delivery

• Photos of the defect must be provided

• The product must be unused

If the issue is due to customer‑approved artwork, incorrect information provided by the customer, or misuse, no refund or remake will be issued.

6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages

• Weather‑related delays

• All shipping times are estimated and not a guarantee.

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Once the package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

7. Chargebacks

Banners 4 Less will actively dispute all chargebacks involving:

• Customer‑approved artwork

• Orders already printed

• Orders already shipped

• Attempts to cancel after production

• Custom items claimed as “not as described” when printed exactly as approved

We provide proof including:

• Artwork approval timestamps

• Production logs

• Shipping confirmation

• Our posted policies
