Shipping and Turnaround time:

Shipping is included with most items but may change without notice.

We either ship via UPS or Fedex.  

Shipping will occur once product has dried. Normal shipping time is 7 to 8 business days (for ex:  Order on a Monday, Tuesday would be business day 1) but if you have a time sensitive material please allow an extra 1 to 3 days due to shipping delays with most companies.   

Once item has been shipped and UPS/Fedex/USPS has confirmed delivery, we consider your order complete. 

TURNAROUND TIME:

Our current TAT (Turn Around Time) varies depending on our workload.

All the times are based on normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. 

In case you are making a pick up in store, you will receive an email notification when the order is ready.

If a package has been returned due to incorrect shipping address, refused by customer and/or for any reason package could not be delivered. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping back to them. We are not responsible for returns due to customer error or not being at location at time of delivery.

Please allow a few extra days for shipping.  UPS/Fedex is experiencing labor shortages, this is beyond Banners4Less' control.
