Our Warranty

All products sold by Banners 4 Less are warranted to be top quality and shipped in the shortest possible time. Once anything wrong happens, we will deal with it at once and reduce losses as far as possible.

Banners 4 less’ warranty claims include, but are not limited to:

  • Unable to follow assembly instructions, notes or attentions attached

  • Normal aging of goods, including hardware and prints

  • Misuse and unauthorized alteration of products

  • Damages from natural disasters, like storms, strong winds and heavy rainstorm

  • Quality issues of prints or hardware not sold or produced by Banners 4 Less

Banners 4 Less reserves the right to make the final judgment on any warranty disputes, which includes the final determination of the cause and responsibility of damages as well as the final determination of warranty solution and response.

​If the quality issue is incurred when receiving the products, first please check whether the outer box is damaged or not. If there is any damage to the outer box, please take photos of the damaged box and products in time. If the outer box is not damaged, please take photos of the damaged products. Please submit a dispute with issue description and photos of all damaged products when you receive the products and find the damages. After receiving photos related to quality problems, we will make compensation for the damaged products after verification.

We do not accept returns and exchanges when the color of the graphic is faded due to long-term use.

Please do not use the tents in extreme weather, such as heavy rain and wind, otherwise, they would be damaged.

We know the quality is the top of a business, so we take it seriously. We promise once any problem happens, we will NEVER pass the buck. We attach great importance to the after-sale service, so please contact our customer service representatives the first time, we will find the best solution that mitigates the loss in the shortest time.

A 40mm hex frame provides a robust structure for a pop-up canopy tent. However, it's crucial to prioritize safety and never push the limits in strong winds. Always take down your tent if weather conditions deteriorate. 

All tents must be anchored properly.

Banners 4 Less – Best Price Guarantee Disclaimer  for GOLD SERIES TENTS ONLY  (Liability‑Protected)

Banners 4 Less offers a Best Price Guarantee subject to the following terms and conditions. By submitting a claim, the customer agrees to all conditions listed below.

1. Exclusions & Eligibility

  • Applies to NEW ORDERS ONLY.

  • "Guarantee applies only to cash or credit card purchases. Financing offers, promotional financing, deferred payments, rebates, coupons, and special financing programs are excluded."

  • Guarantee applies only to comparable Gold Series commercial‑grade custom tents with identical size, frame type, printing method, materials, and specifications.

  • Competitor must be an American‑based company.

  • Competitor pricing must be publicly advertised and provided in an official written quote from other American Company with their logo. Screenshots, verbal quotes, copy/paste or altered documents are not accepted.

2. Verification Requirements

  • Customer must provide a valid, unaltered, official written quote for verification.

  • Banners 4 Less reserves the right to verify authenticity, contact the competitor, and reject any quote that cannot be validated.

  • All claims are reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis and must meet all comparability requirements.

3. Time Limits

  • Once a claim is approved, the customer has 24 hours to accept the offer and pay/place the order.

  • Failure to complete the purchase within 24 hours voids the BEST price guarantee offer.

4. Guarantee Scope

  • Banners 4 Less will beat any advertised price or any official written quote from an American‑based company on a comparable commercial‑grade custom tent. Once received, we will send back an official BEST price quote to beat the other American Based company. 

  • Guarantee applies to the product price and shipping cost only in USA. It does not apply to pick up discounts, rush fees, taxes, or additional services.

5. Rights & Limitations

  • Banners 4 Less may deny any claim that does not meet all requirements.

  • Banners 4 Less may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice.

  • Guarantee does not apply to pricing errors, closeouts, liquidation sales, used items, or non‑commercial‑grade products.

6. Free Canopy & Frame Clause If Banners 4 Less determines that a verified competitor price cannot be beaten, and the claim meets all eligibility and verification requirements, Banners 4 Less will provide the canopy and frame at no charge. Customer just pays the shipping cost.  This provision applies only when:

  • The competitor quote is fully verified and deemed authentic

  • The product is strictly comparable in all specifications

  • The quote is current, valid, and not part of a clearance, liquidation, or pricing error

  • The customer places and pays for the order within the required 24‑hour acceptance window

  • "FREE TENT means the Gold Series canopy and frame only. Customer is responsible for shipping costs, applicable taxes, artwork, accessories, and any additional upgrades."

"Banners 4 Less reserves the right to determine whether submitted quotes meet the comparable product requirements outlined in this guarantee."

7. Limitations & Rights Reserved Guarantee does not apply to pricing errors, clearance items, liquidation sales, used equipment, discontinued models, or non‑commercial‑grade tents. Banners 4 Less may modify, suspend, or terminate this Guarantee at any time without prior notice. No employee or representative may alter or waive any part of this Guarantee unless expressly authorized in writing.
