Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the continental United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law.

• One entry per person. Duplicate or fake accounts will be disqualified.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on August 5, 2026 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.

How to Enter

Participants may enter by completing all required steps listed in the official giveaway post. Entry methods may include:

• Following the Banners 4 Less Facebook page.

• Liking the official giveaway post.

• Commenting on the giveaway post.

• Signing up for the Banners 4 Less  loyalty program (free to join).

Optional Bonus Entries: Participants may tag friends in the giveaway post for bonus entries. Tagging friends is optional and not required to enter or win. Tagged individuals are not considered entrants unless they complete all required entry steps.

Entries that are incomplete or do not follow all required steps will not qualify.

 

 

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One custom commercial‑grade printed tent (10' x 10')

• Full‑color custom graphics

• Standard ground shipping within the continental United States

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $1,000.

The prize is non‑transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Banners 4 Less may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Artwork Requirements: Winner must provide usable artwork and approve final design within 30 days of being notified. Banners 4 Less may reject artwork that is copyrighted, inappropriate, or violates trademark laws.

Taxes: Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

Winner Selection

One eligible winner will be selected at random from all qualified entries after the giveaway ends.

The winner will be contacted through Facebook or via the contact information provided. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, another winner may be selected.

Banners 4 Less’ decisions regarding the giveaway are final.

Shipping Conditions

Winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address. Banners 4 Less is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undeliverable shipments.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Banners 4 Less permission to use their name, city, photographs, and submitted images for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

General Conditions

Banners 4 Less reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

Banners 4 Less may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, uses fraudulent methods, or violates these rules.

Banners 4 Less  is not responsible for technical issues that prevent entry.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Banners 4 Less, Facebook, Instagram, and their affiliates from any claims arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
